Terms and Conditions User Agreement

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Speckled Frog Toys and to the use of our website.

1. Prices & Payment:

For each online order, you must pay: 1. the applicable price for the relevant goods as posted in the website and 2. the delivery and handling fee specified on the website at that time. Payment must be received before goods will be despatched. 

Prices and range on this website may vary from time to time.  Speckled Frog Toys reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to our online store is encoded using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.

2. Delivery:

Speckled Frog Toys charges a flat rate of $9.95 for delivery Australia-wide on most items. On a small number of large and bulky articles, postage is calculated based on parcel size/weight. The postage costs for these large items is clearly displayed in the item product descriptions and at checkout.

Speckled Frog toys uses Australia Post for all deliveries and does not accept any responsibility or liability for postage delays.

3. Returns & Refunds:

Speckled Frog Toys will provide a full refund for both change of mind and damaged/faulty goods, providing the goods are returned to us within 14 days of the date the order was placed. Speckled Frog Toys will not, however, refund shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Products that have been damaged due to obvious misuse will not be returnable and all sale items are non returnable unless faulty.

Before returning any items customers must contact Speckled Frog Toys to receive a returns authorisation number.

4. Your Account:

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password. You are liable if your username or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Speckled Frog Toys in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your username or password. Speckled Frog Toys may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

5. Photographs:

Speckled Frog Toys aims to include up-to-date photographs of all goods on this website. However, at times our product photographs may differ from the actual goods supplied.

6. Privacy:

Speckled Frog Toys will comply with our Privacy Statement. Speckled Frog Toys will not reveal your personal information to external organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

From time to time this website may also include links to third party websites. These links are provided for your convenience, to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
