Three levels of play teach three basic skills in this quality Chelona game - color matching, shape matching and number recognition / counting. 30 wooden tiles stack in three layers in a wooden frame: ten color splash tiles, ten object / hidden shape tiles and ten ladybug tiles. Around the edge of the frame are the numbers 1-10, each associated with a specific color and shape. Each of of the 30 tiles matches only one position on the board. For example, the number 6 is in an orange hexagon - therefore, the matching tiles are the orange splash, the honeycomb and the ladybug with 6 spots. The three sets of tiles can be divided into separate activities for beginners (start with just the color splashes, for example), or mixed together for advanced players.
